The Click Times: President Joe Biden described the “Start of a Russian invasion” in Ukraine, as he announced new difficult sanctions to punish Moscow on Tuesday.

The President expanded the possibility that the diplomacy could still deactivate the crisis, and said the United States would remain open to talk to Russia and its partners to avoid promoting the war. “The United States and our allies and partners remain open to diplomacy if it’s serious,” he said. “Ultimately, we will judge Russia by its actions, not by its words.
